Job Description
CareRite Centers seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The OT will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, safety, and quality of life for post-acute and long-term care residents. Responsibilities include interdisciplinary collaboration, accurate documentation, caregiver and resident education, participation in care conferences and quality initiatives, and support of a compassionate, hospitality-driven environment focused on outcomes and resident experience.
