Job Description
CareRite Centers seeks a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to support residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Responsibilities include providing therapeutic exercises and gait training, documenting progress, educating residents and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
