  • PRN Gallatin, Portland, and Westmoreland TN and surrounding area Per visit rates: $75

We are growing in the area and looking to add an Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN to our clinical home-health field team. You will work directly with patients in their residence implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize their functional abilities per Plan of Care to promote safety and independence in the home setting.
