Qualifications:

Active Tennessee Occupational Therapist license/certification is required Prior experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred Ability to oversee and support Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants Strong communication and organization skills to manage a district-wide caseload Comfortable traveling between school sites

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students on the caseload Supervise and collaborate with three COTAs, ensuring high-quality therapeutic interventions Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and participate in team meetings Work with educators, families, and staff to facilitate student progress and participation Navigate between multiple school locations as part of the districts support team This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week, allowing for balance and stability over the duration of the contract.
