9681081-37073 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students as an Occupational Therapist in a dynamic educational environment near Greenbrier, TN. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with a diverse caseload of 120 students, making a significant impact on their growth and daily functioning. You'll also collaborate with and oversee three Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), bringing your guidance and leadership to the team.

Key Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist licensure for Tennessee Previous experience with school-based OT services preferred Ability and willingness to oversee multiple COTAs Strong organizational and communication skills Capacity for light travel between schools within the district

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to a varied student population Develop, implement, and maintain individualized therapy plans aligned with each student's goals Supervise and provide support to three COTAs throughout the district Travel between multiple school sites as needed to ensure comprehensive service coverage Maintain professional documentation for all sessions, progress notes, and reports Collaborate with educators, administrators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to encourage student success

Position Details:
