Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Full-Time or Part-Time United Therapy Connections | Hendersonville, TN W-2 Position | Pediatric Private Practice About Us United Therapy Connections is a small, locally owned pediatric private practice looking for an Occupational Therapist who loves working with children and wants to be part of a genuinely supportive team. We're not a large corporate clinic . We know our therapists, our families, and our kids. We've worked hard to create an awesome culture where clinicians feel valued, have autonomy, collaborate with one another, and can actually enjoy coming to work. Our team provides pediatric speech, feeding, and occupational therapy in a collaborative and family-centered environment. Provide engaging, evidence-based treatment targeting fine motor, visual-motor, sensory regulation, self-care, play, and functional participation. Work with children with a variety of developmental differences, including autistic and neurodivergent children. Collaborate with SLPs, caregivers, and other professionals. Educate families and provide practical strategies for home carryover. Complete documentation and progress reports within required timelines. What We're Looking For Current or eligible Tennessee Occupational Therapy license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong pediatric fieldwork and/or pediatric clinical experience required Comfortable supporting children with a variety of developmental and sensory needs Dependable, collaborative, and organized Strong communication and family-education skills Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required We're looking for someone who wants more than just another therapy job.
