Dream Big Pediatric Therapies is an amazing family owned and operated clinic that helps families, children, and clinicians reach their dreams! All team members work individually and on a team to complete diagnostic assessments and create treatment goals for all preschool age, school age children, and teens. Dream Big is looking for a pediatric Occupational therapists to join our Murfreesboro location! The majority of the caseload is early intervention between the ages of 2 to 14 years of age. The occupational Therapy department will provide training, and mentorship led by our incredible Occupational Supervisor who is looking for pediatric OTs who have a passion with working with children! Guaranteed hours right away with no worries about building a caseload. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8-6pm! YAY! Always a 3 day weekend! All employees at Dream Big enjoy the following benefits! We offer specialized training for OTs to become certified and recognized as leaders in pediatrics for executive functioning skills, infants for early milestones, and feeding for sensory based approaches ( co treats with SLPs for a team approach is always loved for feeding) We have a mentor program with paired evaluations for all employees for training to expand clinical skills in a variety of areas including infants, executive functioning, reflexes, and much more All clinicians are provided one on one training to help develop their skills with their department supervisor. The entire office is shut down once a week on Tuesday to meet as a team for collaborating, team building, and preparations for caseloads We love themes and enjoy many spirit weeks like book character day, OT month, and games for the employees to have fun as a team with their kiddos This position is a full time position . This position is Monday-Thursday 8-6 pm and always a 3 day weekend! Job responsibilities include daily treatment notes, administering evaluations, creating treatment plans, and coordinating with other professionals to provide a multi disciplinary approach of therapy for families.
