Position Overview Magnolia Speech Therapy is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and child-centered Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This part-time role has real potential to build to full time. You'll work alongside speech-language pathologists and other professionals in a supportive, family-focused environment with flexibility built in. We're looking for an OT who values connection, creativity, and neurodiversity-affirming care, and who's excited to help kids build the skills they need to thrive in daily life.
