Occupational Therapist (Pediatric) Magnolia Speech Therapy | Smyrna, TN Build something meaningful with us. We have a growing waitlist of families ready for occupational therapy services. This is a chance to step into a caseload from day one, not build one from scratch. Position Overview Magnolia Speech Therapy is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and child-centered Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This part-time role has real potential to build to full time. You'll work alongside speech-language pathologists and other professionals in a supportive, family-focused environment with flexibility built in. We're looking for an OT who values connection, creativity, and neurodiversity-affirming care, and who's excited to help kids build the skills they need to thrive in daily life. Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and ongoing treatment sessions Develop individualized treatment plans and goals Provide family education and coaching Complete documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with speech therapists, caregivers, physicians, and community partners Participate in team meetings and care coordination Maintain compliance with state, payer, and practice requirements Qualifications Current Tennessee Occupational Therapy license Pediatric outpatient experience required Experience with sensory processing, fine motor skills, self-help skills, emotional regulation, or developmental delays preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Reliable transportation for clinic, daycare, community, or home-based visits (as applicable) What We Offer Flexible scheduling Competitive compensation Administrative support for scheduling and client communication Established referral sources and a ready caseload A supportive, collaborative team culture Room to grow within a thriving pediatric practice Schedule Part-time or Full-time with flexible weekday availability preferred About Magnolia Speech Therapy Magnolia Speech Therapy is a certified woman-owned pediatric therapy practice serving children and families throughout Middle Tennessee.
