Amarillo, TX & Surrounding Texas Panhandle Communities PRN | Per Visit | $65-$70/Visit + $5 per COTA Visit | Weekly Pay More Control. Less Burnout. Real Impact. If you're an Occupational Therapist who values flexibility without compromising quality of care, this is an opportunity to work independently while still having strong clinical and administrative support behind you. Set your own PRN schedule Provide one-on-one care in patients' homes Earn additional compensation through COTA supervision Focus on meaningful patient outcomes—not productivity quotas What You'll Do Complete in-home evaluations for pediatric and adult patients Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals Supervise COTAs and review documentation for accuracy Provide follow-up visits as clinically appropriate Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress What You Need Active Texas Occupational Therapist license Minimum 1 year of OT experience Current CPR-BLS certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload What You'll Get $65-$70 per completed visit $5 for each visit completed by assigned COTAs Weekly pay Flexible PRN scheduling—you choose your availability Medical, dental, and vision options based on hours worked 24/7 team support Ongoing training and professional development Employee recognition programs About BrightStar Care BrightStar Care is a locally owned home health agency committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care.
