Desired Qualifications:

Current license as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) from the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (ECPTOTE) Experience working with school-aged children, ideally across a range of grade levels Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents Excellent communication, documentation, and organization skills Flexibility in adapting interventions for students with different learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students functional abilities and environmental needs to inform intervention strategies Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support students in achieving their educational goals Provide direct OT services to meet IEP goals, addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive functioning Serve as a resource to educational teams, consulting on classroom modifications and adaptive equipment Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and compliance with state/federal guidelines Contribute to IEP and eligibility meetings with clear, professional input This role offers you an opportunity to foster meaningful growth in students while working alongside passionate educators.
