9600205-76033 Job Description Step into a dynamic school-based setting as an Occupational Therapist, supporting students' growth and independence both in the classroom and beyond. This is a full-time contract opportunity for a dedicated professional ready to make a difference in students lives in a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Youll work onsite three days per week and remotely for two, offering great flexibility while maintaining meaningful hands-on connections. In this role, youll join a cohesive team including two other Occupational Therapists and one Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, serving approximately 200 students. Caseloads are balanced and support is built in, ensuring you can focus on what you do bestempowering students to thrive. The position begins after August 17th.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapy license in Texas Experience in a school-based OT setting strongly preferred Skilled at collaborating with educational staff, students, and families Comfortable providing both onsite and remote therapy services Strong organizational and documentation abilities Passionate about helping children with diverse needs succeed academically and functionally

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with student IEPs Develop, implement, and update individualized intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow specialists to support student progress Complete timely documentation, progress reports, and participation in IEP meetings Adapt interventions for delivery in both in-person and virtual environments Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues as needed This position promises a supportive atmosphere, flexible hybrid scheduling, and the opportunity to positively impact many young lives each day.
