Job Description

Home Health OT, PRN Location:
Houston, TX 77008 Job location type: On the road Trenton Therapy LLC is looking for an OT for home health visits in The Heights / central Houston area. This is a
PRN 1099
position. The treatment area is flexible. You can tell me which cities or ZIP codes you want to cover and I will only offer you patients in areas that work for you. You do not have to cover all of Houston. This can be a good fit if you already work full time or PRN somewhere else and just want additional visits close to home. Volume can grow depending on your availability and the areas you want to cover.
Pay:
Is based on home health experience, 1099. Mileage is not reimbursed. Trenton Therapy is a small, therapist-owned home health therapy staffing company. You will have direct communication with me rather than dealing with a large corporate office. My goal is to make scheduling and communication straightforward and give therapists as much control as possible over where they work.
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy eval and/or treatment visits in patients' homes. Communicate appropriately with the supervising OT and home health agency. Complete documentation accurately and on time. Manage your own patient schedule within the required visit frequency. Provide dependable, professional care to home health patients.
Requirements:
Active Texas OT license. Reliable transportation. Comfortable treating patients in their homes. Able to communicate and document reliably. Able to work independently and manage a flexible home health schedule. Home health experience is helpful but not required. If you are newer to home health, I can provide 1 on 1 orientation and help you get comfortable with the process and documentation. We are looking to credential someone soon and begin offering visits once onboarding is completed. If interested, apply here and let me know which cities or ZIP codes you would prefer to cover.
Pay:
