Job Description

Home Care Network is a home health care facility offering health management, therapy and specialty care to ill or recovering individuals in Desoto, Palestine, Fairfield and Rockwall, TX. Our founder established this business with the intention of providing elders with the care they need, while still allowing them to maintain their independence. We'll help them recover, grow and manage their conditions in the comforts of their own home. We are a privately RN owned home health agency.

We have immediate needs for:

Occupational Therapist or COTA needed for home health visits in the following areas: Grand Prairie Texas and surrounding areas Per visit rates and trip fee per patient We utilize Kinnser software About Home Care Network East Inc Home Care Network is an established and respected Home Health Agency.
