Job Description
Key Qualifications:
Valid OT licensure in Texas (or eligibility to obtain) Strong foundation in both fine and gross motor skill development Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations, ideally in 1:1 and group settings Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Compassionate, adaptable, and passionate about helping children reach their fullest potentialPrimary Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to identify student needs within the K-12 range Deliver evidence-based OT interventions focused on improving fine and gross motor skills Work one-on-one with students to achieve targeted IEP goals Monitor progress and document outcomes to ensure compliance and track growth Partner with teachers, counselors, and families to support student success in the classroom and beyond Adapt strategies and interventions based on ongoing student performance and feedback This contract position provides the chance to positively impact students' educational experiences while collaborating with supportive school staff.
