Job Description
Key Qualifications:
Current licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas Previous experience or strong interest in K-12 school-based OT, including 1:1 pediatric settings Proficiency in addressing fine and gross motor skill development Skilled in crafting and implementing individualized therapy plans Adaptability to different school environments and caseloadsPrimary Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based OT services to a diverse K-12 caseload (details provided during interview) Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Conduct assessments and document progress Foster independence and functional skills in students, focusing on school-related tasks and routinesPosition Perks:
