Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) - Full-Time Flexible Scheduling |
Full-Time Benefits Compensation:
Starting at $52 per Completed 45-Minute Treatment Visit Starting at $52 per completed 45-minute treatment visit, with compensation based on experience. Paid documentation time, paid administrative time, and mileage reimbursement are provided separately. Ready Set Grow Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric practice seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our growing team. You won't be starting from scratch. We currently have an established pediatric caseload available and work to build geographically efficient schedules based on your preferred service area and availability. We provide play-based, family-centered occupational therapy in children's natural environments, including homes, daycares, preschools, schools, and ABA centers throughout the DFW area. Our therapists enjoy the flexibility and autonomy of mobile therapy while still receiving the collaboration, resources, and support of a therapist-owned team. Current Caseload Availability We currently have children ready to be scheduled in and around: Fort Worth / Mid-Cities Fort Worth Keller Bedford Hurst Euless Northwest DFW Northlake Justin Argyle Haslet Southlake / Grapevine Area Southlake Grapevine Colleyville Flower Mound / Lewisville Area Flower Mound Lewisville The Colony You will not be expected to cover all listed service areas. We intentionally build geographically efficient caseloads based on therapist availability, preferred service area, and family needs to help minimize unnecessary drive time. Compensation & Benefits Starting at $52 per completed 45-minute treatment visit, with opportunities for higher compensation based on experience Established caseload available immediately Paid documentation time Paid administrative time Mileage reimbursement Flexible scheduling with autonomy over your daily schedule Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Therapy materials stipend Ongoing clinical collaboration and team support Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive, therapist-owned team environment Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments Develop individualized plans of care and functional, measurable goals based on evaluation findings and family priorities Provide skilled pediatric occupational therapy services in homes, daycares, preschools, schools, ABA centers, and other natural environments Address areas including fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, self-regulation, activities of daily living (ADLs), executive functioning, play participation, and other functional skills Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans and goals as clinically appropriate Complete timely and accurate evaluations, progress reports, daily treatment notes, and other required clinical documentation Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to promote carryover of therapeutic strategies into daily routines Coordinate scheduling with families to promote consistency and continuity of care Collaborate with COTAs and other members of each child's interdisciplinary care team Provide supervision and clinical guidance to assigned COTAs, as applicable and in accordance with Texas licensure requirements Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with state licensure requirements and company policies Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program Current Texas Occupational Therapist license required Current CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Pediatric experience preferred, including home health, early intervention, school-based, ABA, or outpatient settings Strong knowledge of pediatric development, sensory processing, fine motor and visual-motor development, self-care, and functional participation Strong clinical reasoning and ability to independently evaluate, develop plans of care, and provide skilled intervention Excellent communication, organization, documentation, and time-management skills Ability to work independently in a mobile setting while collaborating closely with families, COTAs, and interdisciplinary care teams Passion for working with children and families Why Ready Set Grow Therapy?
