Competitive pay and positive team culture In-house rehab (non-contracted) Flexible schedules New grads welcome Full benefits package Occupational Therapist Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical condition and its impact on daily living, well-being, and quality of life Interpret assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic techniques to improve performance in ADLs and IADLs Assess home and living environments; recommend modifications and adaptive equipment Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Educate patients, families, and caregivers Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations Participate in required meetings and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures Qualifications Active/valid Texas Occupational Therapist license In good standing with all regulatory agencies SNF/long-term care experience preferred Knowledge of current treatment practices Experience with Net Health EMR preferred Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations
