In this role, you will assess, develop, and implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions across diverse settings, including inpatient units, outpatient clinics, schools, and home health environments. Your expertise will support individuals of all ages with various disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, and physical rehabilitation needs. Duties Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and emotional needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, clinical best practices, and client goals. Implement targeted occupational therapy programs focused on improving activities of daily living (ADLs), motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including speech therapists, physical therapists, physicians, educators, and case managers—to ensure holistic patient care. Provide client communication that is clear, compassionate, and tailored to individual needs while maintaining professional standards in clinical documentation. Participate in case management activities to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure optimal outcomes for each client. Experience Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities across various settings such as inpatient hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, schools, or home health environments. Experience managing treatment plans for physical rehabilitation cases involving acute care or post-acute care environments such as ICU or skilled nursing facilities. Familiarity with occupational therapy assessments related to physiology and anatomy knowledge to evaluate client capabilities accurately. Knowledge of occupational health practices applicable to workplace injury recovery or ergonomic assessments is a plus.

Pay:

$60.00 - $85.00 per hour
