Key Qualifications:

Active Texas Occupational Therapist license (required) Previous experience working as an OT in schools preferred Strong evaluation and treatment planning skills Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and related service providers Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' goals Provide direct occupational therapy to students as prescribed in IEPs Document services and student progress in accordance with school protocols Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Consult with teachers and staff to support inclusive education Maintain professional and ethical OT standards at all times This full-time contract offers a schedule of 37.5 hours each week, Monday through Friday, working with a diverse student group. Details on age group and caseload will be determined prior to your start. Compensation for this opportunity ranges from $45 to $50 per hour, with weekly pay for your convenience.
