Occupational Therapist (Lead or Staff) - Earn Up to $100K | Katy, TX Leadership opportunity available for an experienced OT, or join as a staff therapist with strong earning potential and a collaborative team. An outpatient pediatric therapy practice in Katy, TX is looking to add either a Lead Occupational Therapist or a Staff Occupational Therapist , depending on experience. Both positions offer excellent earning potential and strong clinical support. Compensation & Benefits Lead Occupational Therapist $40-$43/hour base pay Additional compensation based on patients seen Leadership pay based on previous supervisory experience Staff Occupational Therapist Hybrid compensation model Annual earnings typically $82,000-$95,000 Base hourly rate plus productivity pay Additional benefits include: Collaborative multidisciplinary team Mentorship and clinical support Full benefits package available What Makes This Role Stand Out Opportunity to step into a leadership role immediately Supervise two experienced COTAs Established patient demand and steady caseload Flexible compensation structure with strong earning potential Supportive practice focused on therapist success and patient outcomes Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy Texas OT license (or eligibility) Pediatric experience preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred for the Lead OT position Strong communication and team collaboration skills Applications are reviewed daily.
