Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including evaluations, treatments, and progress assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patients' unique needs and goals Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and services provided Participate in patient education and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition back to the patient's home or community

Requirements:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution PRN or Per Diem schedule - flexible scheduling to accommodate a variety of shifts and patient needs Minimum 0 years of experience (new grad OTs welcome to apply!) Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
