Qualifications:

Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) License required Experience with pediatric and school-based OT services preferred Strong skills in individualized assessment and intervention planning Confidence in participating in IEP/ARD planning and documentation Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy to a caseload of approximately 22 students across multiple school sites Manage and document IEP/ARD requirements and progress Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to evaluation reports Attend ARD meetings and present findings or recommendations Organize 1-2 therapy days per week with an estimated 30-35 hours per month (8 hours per week average) Collaborate with other school staff to support each student's developmental and educational needs
