About Little Land Pediatric Therapy At Little Land Pediatric Therapy, our mission is to help children develop the skills they need to grow, participate, and succeed in everyday life. Our occupational therapy team supports children in building fine motor skills, sensory processing abilities, coordination, and independence. What You'll Do Evaluate pediatric patients and identify areas of developmental need Develop individualized treatment plans Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions Support children in developing motor, sensory, and functional skills Collaborate with families to support progress outside therapy sessions Maintain strong clinical documentation and patient records Supervise COTA and sign off on treatment documentation Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary therapy teams Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy Active Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) Experience working with pediatric populations preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Be Licensed in the State of Texas
