What You'll Do As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you'll build meaningful relationships while helping patients restore function and confidence in their daily lives.
Your role will include:
Providing skilled occupational therapy services according to the physician's plan of care Assessing patients and developing individualized treatment plans Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and daily living strategies Collaborating with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Documenting care and patient progress accurately and timely Participating in case conferences and quality improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current OT license in the state of practice Strong communication and time management skills Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

$65.00
