9596491-84015 Job Description Embark on a fulfilling opportunity as a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), working onsite to support the needs of students and school district OTs throughout the school year. In this dynamic contract position, you'll play an essential part in ensuring students receive the occupational therapy services they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom. This role is central to a supportive educational environment and offers exposure to multiple sites, allowing you to make an impact across different settings.

Qualifications:

Valid COTA certification required Experience in school-based occupational therapy settings strongly preferred Familiarity with educational and IEP documentation processes Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising OTs and multidisciplinary teams Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Adaptable, flexible mindset to thrive in a multi-site assignment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, following outlined treatment plans Collaborate with district OTs to manage overflow caseloads across various locations Assist in gathering data for student evaluations and documenting progress on IEP goals Support classroom accommodations and modifications as needed Maintain high standards of care, professionalism, and compliance with school policies Participate actively in team meetings and contribute insights to improve student outcomes
