Job Description

Sunrise Speech Therapy is looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to help us grow OT services at our pediatric private practice. Our office is located at 4408 E Pony Express Pkwy, Suite D, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005, conveniently located near the Saratoga Springs/Eagle Mountain border. This is a highly flexible 1099 contractor position and is ideal for an OT looking to add a small caseload around an existing schedule. We expect to start with just a handful of clients and grow from there based on demand, your availability, and your interest.

Responsibilities:
Complete pediatric occupational therapy evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans Provide one-on-one pediatric OT treatment Complete required clinical documentation Communicate with parents/caregivers regarding progress and recommendations Collaborate with other clinicians when appropriate
Qualifications:
Current OTR/L required Active, unrestricted Utah Occupational Therapist license required Pediatric experience preferred Experience with sensory processing, fine motor skills, self-care/ADLs, handwriting, feeding, and/or developmental delays is a plus Comfortable working independently in a private-practice setting Text Kjirsten if interested: 801-980-1510
