Join Therapy Source and Shape the Future of Student Success! We're on a mission to ensure every child has the support they need to thrive. Therapy Source is actively seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide in-person services for charter school students. This position is for the upcoming school year.
Occupational Therapist Position Details:
Services are direct (individual and small group) and indirect (consult with teachers and students without direct therapy) Flexibility with start/end times and days of service as long as caseload can be completed
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain
Key Responsibilities:
Support the personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational goals of students through tailored therapy plans. Conduct evaluations and create targeted goals for students needing occupational therapy services. Contribute to and support students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs). Maintain clear and accurate records and documentation. Enjoy the perfect balance of flexibility, competitive hourly rates, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' lives.
