As Needed Monday-Friday In-person Join Our Clinical Team! We are a locally owned and operated home health agency with over 20 years of experience. As an Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN, you will render 1-on-1 treatment in the comfort of the patient's home. Perks Paperless documentation with Homecare Homebase EMR Care Maps guide treatment for diseases Feedback reviews after 30, 60 and 90 days Education, training and collaboration 401(k) with up to 3% company match Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and nationally certified Two (2) years experience providing care as an OT is preferred One (1) year home health experience is preferred Experience with

HCHB EMR

is preferred Active OT license in Virginia is required Valid driver's license
