Occupational Therapist:

Assess and evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop individualized therapy plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and overall functionality. Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment use. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

Valid state licensure and certifications for the respective therapy discipline. Driver's License CPR Certification Previous experience in home health or a similar setting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patients' homes.
