Desired Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy Valid Occupational Therapy license for practice within the state Previous experience within a school or pediatric setting is highly valued Strong collaboration and communication abilities Proficient in assessing, planning, and implementing therapy goals for diverse student needs Demonstrated ability to adapt interventions for students with varied learning styles and challenges
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative Occupational Therapy services for students as identified in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Employ effective assessment tools to evaluate students' fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation skills Develop and monitor progress on measurable goals in coordination with educators, families, and other support staff Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making Offer strategies, resources, and training to teachers and parents aimed at fostering student success Imagine making a daily impact while partnering with dedicated professionals and supportive families throughout the school year.
