Qualifications:

Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or eligibility to obtain licensure by the assignment start date Experience with pediatric populations, especially elementary-aged students Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists Ability to assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students aged 215 Previous school-based OT experience is a plus, but not required

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy services to children across preschool, elementary, and early middle school settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) Assess student needs and document progress to ensure therapy goals are met Adapt interventions to suit a variety of developmental and learning needs Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative school culture This assignment runs from August 3rd, 2026, through May 28th, 2027, with the potential for up to 37 hours per week when working full time.
