Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Valid state OT license (or eligibility to obtain in VA) Previous school-based or pediatric OT experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt to new environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive OT services to students, supporting their academic and functional development Assess and document student needs and progress Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement IEP goals Provide therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
