Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a meaningful role supporting students' growth and independence as an Occupational Therapist in a dynamic school setting near Williamsburg, VA. This full-time, onsite contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and students across elementary and middle school levels throughout the entire 2026-2027 school year.
Qualifications and Experience:
Active Virginia Occupational Therapist (OT) license required Previous experience working with children, preferably in school or pediatric environments Strong communication skills, especially with young students, teachers, and families Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work autonomously within a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized OT services to students Work alongside teachers and school staff to create effective classroom strategies that support student participation and success Maintain detailed documentation and track progress to ensure student goals are met Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to help guide educational plans for students with varying needs Provide training or consultation for school staff and families as needed to promote optimal learning environments This contract offers a supportive work environment for OTs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students.
