We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate and treat patients to help them develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' conditions and needs to develop individualized treatment plans Administer occupational therapy treatments to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records
Requirements:
Active OT license in the relevant state Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy Current BLS certification Prior clinical experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
