Occupational Therapist Location:
Arlington, WA Duration:
13+ weeksFlexible schedule36-40 hours per weekMonday-FridayOption to work 4 longer days instead of 5 days per week Top Responsibilities Exceptional customer service and patient relationship skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. Experience working in an outpatient orthopedic or hand therapy setting. Advanced splint fabrication and customization skills. Ability to motivate patients and encourage adherence to treatment plans. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Problem-solving skills and clinical decision-making abilities. Required Qualifications Experience in hand therapy Active Washington State OT license Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification
