36-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (Flexible Schedule, option to work 4 days/week)

3 - 6 months Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Arlington, Washington. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with hand, wrist, and upper extremity conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals, patient goals, and clinical findings. Provide therapeutic interventions for patients recovering from: Hand and upper extremity injuries Post-surgical conditions Chronic pain disorders Tendon, nerve, ligament, and musculoskeletal injuries Fabricate, fit, and adjust custom splints and orthotics as appropriate. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and recovery strategies. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Deliver exceptional patient experiences through strong communication and customer service. Required Qualifications Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the State of Washington. Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC). Previous experience in hand therapy. Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
