Contract Term:
ASAP June 2027 We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time contract position in Arlington, WA. Located just an hour outside of Seattle, this on-site role starts immediately and runs through June 2027, providing long-term career stability within a school setting while keeping you close to the city. This position features a highly manageable, small elementary caseload of approximately 45 students, allowing you the time and flexibility to provide high-quality, focused, and individualized care to young learners. Key Responsibilities Assess, evaluate, and treat elementary school students with physical, developmental, or cognitive challenges impacting their educational performance. Manage a structured, small caseload of 45 students to ensure impactful, personalized therapy sessions. Develop and implement goal-oriented, individualized education program (IEP) treatment plans. Collaborate closely with families, elementary teachers, and multidisciplinary school teams. Maintain accurate progress notes and school compliance documentation. Qualifications Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Washington state OT license (or immediate eligibility to obtain). Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate (required for school setting). Strong organizational skills to manage a designated student caseload independently. Ability to work effectively in person on-site.
Compensation & ProCare Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:
$50.00 $55.00 per hour (dependent upon experience and qualifications).
