About the Position We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services to K-12 students in a school-based setting in Washington near Arlington. The OT will support approximately 60 students by evaluating, developing, and implementing therapy plans that promote independence and success in the educational environment. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students reach their full potential. Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for K-12 students. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals. Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services. Supervise and collaborate with COTAs to support service delivery. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records. Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff regarding student accommodations and strategies. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Ensure compliance with Washington State and federal special education regulations. Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. Previous school-based experience preferred but not required. Caseload & Support Approximately 60 K-12 students. COTAs available to assist with therapy services and caseload support.
