Qualifications/Experience:
Valid OT licensure in Washington State (or eligibility for licensure) Experience or passion for working with elementary-aged students Knowledge of school-based OT evaluation and treatment protocols Skilled communicator with staff, students, and families Previous school OT experience preferred, but open to motivated new graduates
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct, in-person OT services to an elementary caseload Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams for student success Document interventions and progress according to school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for student OT needs
