Qualifications & Experience:

Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting strongly preferred Expertise in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and compliance Exceptional communication and organizational skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions to K-12 students via teletherapy Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP requirements Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress Maintain accurate records and timely reports to ensure compliance with school and regulatory standards Adapt materials and strategies to meet student needs in a virtual environment Participate in IEP meetings and case conferences as needed
