Qualifications:

Current Occupational Therapist license issued by the state of Washington Experience working within school settings Knowledge of IEPs and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary educational teams Strong communication skills with students, families, and staff Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse needs and age groups

Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups Conduct evaluations and assessments to inform IEP development and progress monitoring Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support educational goals Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings Develop and adapt treatment activities to foster skill development, independence, and participation in classroom routines Promote an inclusive and supportive environment for all students This position offers a part-time (1-2 days/7-14 hours weekly) schedule with significant flexibility, supporting work-life balance and continued professional growth.
