We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and help individuals develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. This is an excellent school based opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical, developmental, and cognitive abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve independence and functional performance. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and adaptive techniques. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Indiana Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
