9659980-98014 Job Description Discover an opportunity to make an impact as a part-time Occupational Therapist, supporting K-12 students in a vibrant educational setting. This contract position offers the chance to deliver hands-on therapy services to a diverse caseload while collaborating with school staff and families. Youll have a consistent scheduleworking two full days per week, approximately 15 hours, from now through the end of the school year.
Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid state licensure to practice Occupational Therapy Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations (K-12) strongly preferred Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to collaborate professionally with educators, families, and related service providers CPR certification and background check required before start
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and provide occupational therapy interventions for students with varying needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment goals as part of students educational plans Maintain detailed and timely records in accordance with school and state guidelines Consult with teachers and staff to integrate therapy strategies into classroom activities Communicate progress and recommendations to families and interdisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative team planning
