Your responsibilities include:

Evaluating and treating patients per physician orders/referrals Developing and updating individualized treatment/discharge plans Documenting services accurately and timely Supervising COTAs per practice acts and facility policies Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and families Maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards To be successful in this role, you should have: Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD) An active state OT license (or the ability to obtain one) Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills Need 1 year experience in setting Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
