Desired Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington State (or eligibility) Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt strategies for a diverse K-12 student population Strong commitment to fostering students' independence and participation in school activities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive OT services to K-12 students with varied needs Perform assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop and implement effective interventions Support students in building skills for classroom participation, daily living, and motor development Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in alignment with IEP goals Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development as needed Experience the fulfillment of working hands-on with students and helping them achieve new milestones every day.
