Your Background Includes:

Current Occupational Therapist (OT) certification for Washington State Experience or coursework in school-based OT practice Familiarity working with children and adolescents with various disabilities Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

What You'll Be Doing:

Assessing students' needs and developing individualized strategies Delivering direct and consultative OT services across K-12 grade levels Documenting progress and adapting interventions as needed Participating in IEP meetings and supporting student goals Collaborating with teachers and other school staff to promote accessibility and inclusion Providing guidance and resources to families and caregivers This is a full-time contract position, Monday through Friday, 7 hours per day, following the school schedule.
