Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students. Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in various school settings. Assess students' developmental needs and establish therapeutic goals tailored to each student. Document student progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with district and state regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of school health policies, special education laws, and occupational therapy best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field from an accredited institution. Washington State OT License (Department of Health). Washington State

OSPI ESA

license with OT endorsement (fully licensed). Ability to work effectively in a school setting with students of various grade levels. Strong communication skills with staff, students, and parents. Ability to pass background checks and compliance screenings. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable working in an in-person, school-based environment.

Relevant clinical or school-based experience is preferred.
