Part-Time | School-Year Contract Position Summary As a School Occupational Therapist (OT), you will support students in developing the skills necessary to participate successfully in educational activities and daily school routines. You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide evaluations, therapy services, and individualized interventions that enhance students' functional independence, fine motor skills, sensory processing, and overall school success. Qualifications Active Washington Occupational Therapist (OT) license required Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program required Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education services Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and compliance records Recommend adaptive equipment, accommodations, and strategies to improve student participation in the school environment Why Join Allied OneSource Education?
