Working with a diverse K-12 population, you will make a meaningful impact supporting students developmentmost of your work will focus on elementary and middle school-aged children, though flexibility to assist high school students is valued. With an assigned caseload of approximately 32 students, you will foster growth and independence, helping each student reach their potential. Your week will consist of 35 hours, offered during traditional school days and calendar, with work site locations split between two schools in the area (specific campuses to be determined). This setting is ideal for therapists seeking variety and the chance to collaborate with a range of educators and students.
Key Qualifications:
Washington State ESA Certification in Occupational Therapy (required) Current Washington State Professional Licensure for Occupational Therapists (required) Experience or strong interest in supporting K-12 students Ability to adapt and thrive in different school environments Effective communication and collaboration skills Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based practice
