Qualifications:

Current Occupational Therapist licensure in Washington Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred Knowledgeable about pediatric therapy assessment tools and intervention strategies Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and other care team members Compassion, patience, and a student-centered approach to therapy

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 42 elementary-aged students Develop and implement intervention plans targeting fine motor skills, sensory integration, and activities of daily living Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other educational professionals to optimize student learning and access to curriculum Conduct assessments and recommend appropriate accommodations or modifications Maintain thorough, timely documentation in line with district and legal requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for each student Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for support at home In this role, you'll benefit from a manageable caseload, a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, and an assignment that extends through June 23rd, 2027.
